Registration Fees
Conference registration includes all the sessions as well as a reception on Wednesday evening January 9, the banquet on January 10, and refreshment at breaks from Thursday, January 10 through Saturday, January 12. All prices are in US dollars.

Conference Registration
Early registration ends Saturday, December 16, 2012. After this the higher registration fees will apply. Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Note that after registering, you can return to the registration page and update your registration information or cancel your registration.
